WHAT IS C-FIBRE
C-Fibre is a range of Internet Solutions delivered by Curatrix to enhance your cloud experience. We deal directly with wholesalers to ensure that our C-Fibre packages are cost-effective and delivered efficiently.
C-Fibre are connectivity products that primarily consist of dedicated connectivity up to 100Gbps, however, more commonly we deploy 100Mbps/100Mbps and Gigabit leased lines in Hampshire enabling businesses in conjunction with the Gigabit Voucher Scheme.
Leased lines are Carrier Grade services that are generally provided with a Managed Router or as a part of an MPLS or SD-WAN roll-out. Curatrix delivers leased lines from 10Mbps to 10Gbps throughout the South Coast with customers in Hampshire, Dorset and West Sussex utilising the largest combined network in the UK to deliver business internet and connectivity.

What is Trident-UC?
Trident-UC is a Cloud based VoIP solution built using the award winning, world leading Cloud Communications platform, Broadcloud.
I currently have my own SIP trunks, can we retain these?
Unfortunately, no – If we can’t control the whole network and provide your entire solution, we can’t guarantee the quality of the service of your telephony solution. More importantly, we believe that by taking control of your whole network, we reduce the demarcation points in the supply chain and can increase the level of support we can provide.
Can I integrate my Sales CRM?
There are ‘out of the box’ integrations with many CRMs, such as SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho CRM as well as with other desktop applications such as Office 365, Outlook and Skype for Business.
Is our existing Internet Service suitable for your VoIP solution?
Running a cloud first strategy relies on good bandwidth. If you have 10 users and business broadband, you may ‘get away with it’, however, if you have 100 users you’ll likely need dedicated connectivity. If you are concerned, please contact our team today and we will confirm whether your connection is suitable.
How quickly can Curatrix install my solution?
The PBX can be set up in a day up to 150-200 users, handsets, if required, can be delivered next day, the porting of existing numbers takes on average 15 working days but can be ‘pointed’ to work on our solution within 24 hours of an order being placed on OpenReach. Install can be carried out within 72 Hours of a signed order/contract.
Can we still use Fax functionality?
Yes, and our solution also enables Fax to Email, Scan to Fax and Email to Fax functionality.
What if we’re not happy with the service?
We aim to resolve all complaints in a swiftly fashion, however, as a Telecommunications provider we are required by Ofcom to provide you with details of a complaints ombudsman – details of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
You seem to have included lots, so whats not included?
Every proposal to us is an opportunity and if we’ve missed something, then it wasn’t discussed. We’ve included all you’d expect to receive from a Cloud Telephony Solution, and should you not see a feature on our lists, chances are it is included, but we’d love to know about it anyway.
